Upon receiving your request, a representative of DotDotPlay will call or email you within 2-3 business days. Submission of a reservation form does not guarantee your reservation. DotDotPlay will strive to accommodate all requests on a first-come first-serve basis. It is recommended that requests be submitted 3-4 weeks in advance of your party.

Accept Terms and Conditions: Once your party date is confirmed available, a 50% deposit of the package you decide on is due within 72-hrs of our correspondence for official booking. The remainder of the amount owed is due no later than two weeks from day of your event. Cancellation Policy: we do require 1 week notice ahead of the day, to avoid charges. Gratuity is not included, and would be appreciated by our hardworking staff members who work hard to plan a fun and entertaining day for your guests!
